HOW IT WORKS
RealityTest®, allow us to discern between sleep and wakefulness. They are the "key" to lucid dreaming! It is extremely important to do this. When we are dreaming accept that environment as our reality. You could say it is. Thats why we need these tests. It is necessary to perform the test trying to actually get results; If we try to jump, for example, and we are convinced that we will not fly, probably we will not able to fly (our test will fail!). This is because in the dream world reality govern our thoughts. So the intension is extremely important!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE APP?
You will get lucid dream states and share its with your friends and many other things (the app provide you a set of tools for that). How you use them and what you do with them is your responsibility. Each individual is different too; but each time you use the app, you become stronger, clearer, and more masterful with it.

Reality checks Activate a set of alarms to get lucid and consciously to participate in your own personal dreamscape. This uses reminders,approximately within the time range that was chosen, to check if it is in sleep or wakefulness. Quickly, your mind will acquire this habit; even if you are sleeping, your mind will automatically continue with the tests! You can choose different reality check.
